Painting on “Baseball Guys” Part 1

Hello, and welcome back!

In today’s post I will show you my baseball figures that I made from the “Baseball Guys” toys.

A couple years back I got these “Baseball Guys”, and my plan was to paint them into my favorite teams/Players.

My favorite team is the Chicago Cubs and if you don’t know them, well… things can get rough! But, I’m a loyal fan.

Flash forward to early April 2025, and I had the interest to start them.

So obviously my plan all along was to make the WHOLE team! But if I were to do so I would need a lot of sets of action figures. (Since each set comes with only 2 pitchers!)

And last I checked the average baseball team has at least 12 pitchers, and if I were to buy 6 sets I would break the bank. So the other option was to make 1 or 2 pitchers and then make the whole team.

So, that’s what I did!

I started painting them with my trusty paint markers, and my acrylic paint!

After a lot of thinking I decided to do the Cubs 2025 opening day roster, a pretty solid team!

The team I made consists of these players:

Pitcher: Ben Brown (#32).

Catchers: Carson Kelly (#15), and Miguel Amaya (#9).

Infielders: Nico Hoerner (#2), Dansby Swanson (#7), Gage Workman (#25), Justin Turner (#3), Matt Shaw (#6), Jon berti (#5), And Michael Busch (#29).

Outfielders: Seiya Suzuki (#27), Ian Happ (#8), Kyle Tucker (#30), and Pete Crow-Armstrong (#4).

So, without further ado here are the pics of these players:

Pitcher: Ben Brown (#32).

Catcher: Miguel Amaya (#9).

Catcher: Carson Kelly (#15).

Infielder: Dansby Swanson (#7).

Infielder: Nico Hoerner (#2).

Infielder: Michael Busch (#29).

Infielder: Jon berti (#5).
